State of decay lifeline denying civilians12/24/2023 ![]() ![]() I know for a fact, that fairly often, 3:1 is used, partly because, it's just under the ratio for the entire OIF operations (which is, 4:1).įourth, and lastly, I used CONPLAN 8888-11 as an example that the government actually has people who think about this stuff. It's a bit higher than expected, but when G2/G3 or even A2/A3 groups are coming up with their big giant fancy invasion plans, they usually include an expected collateral damage ratio. I mean, the current Iraqi War ratio, is 4Killed:1wounded/killed. The 3:1 ratio I came up with, was a quick average based off of recent casualities. This is pretty much straight out of the FM 34 series. Secondly, 40% of a unit loss during an engagment, is considered a success. Interestingly enough, my entire united Army Commendations for how we implemented the new strategies me and my other assocaites in S2/S3 came up with. My comments are based on both my training, and work I did helping to develope the current generation anti-insurgent tracking used by S2/S3 shops throughout the Army, as well as working with the Disaster Response Brigade in 2006. As I tell most people who make assumptions: "Assumptions are the MOTHER of all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥". Life is short.įirstly, I'm making assumptions. In real life you would have dead people walking around trying to eat your brains. In case you haven't noticed, ZOMBIES aren't real either. So yeah man, this game stinks a "no-go" in my book. We would also be taking the fight to the enemy as well, conducting battlefield operations to wipe out the threat once and for all. Truth be said if faced with similair circumstances, the military would not only be rescueing civilians down range. Being prior military and a combat veteran, past experience tells me this game is unrealistic in its storyline. I did so, but I ran through him as if he were a ghost and thus could not be killed. In one instance, I was attempting to run over a zombie in a vehicle. Blights depicted, it takes the joy away while playing the game. Another gripe is, there are way many too zombies spawning behind you, in front of you, zombies falling from the sky minus the parachutes etc., and way too many missions occurring at once to accomplish with any amout of success. One does not have time to leave their FOB and fully explore their surrounding world scavenging, surviving, etc. I am bitterly disappointed in the "Race Against The Clock" mechanism built into the game in between Zombie attacks on the FOB in question. I advise potential buyers not to purchase this game or any of the games in this franchise, please save your money. Much like "Breakdown", this game has many computer bugs that need to be addressed by the game progammers.
